• 1. Regarding cooling performance,  our water dispenser operates at temperatures 8-10°C lower than ambient conditions.Actual cooling efficiency depends on ambient conditions.
• 2. For issues with smoke from the power outlet, please review the manual before use. All water dispensers contain heating elements. Plugging in without filling the unit first will trigger the fuse mechanism and may cause odors due to overheating.
• 3. For leakage issues, it may be caused by water pipes becoming dislodged during transportation due to jostling. Simply open the back cover and reconnect the water pipes.
• 4. Regarding excessive noise: When hot water activates, a large number of bubbles will rush to the surface, producing sound. This is similar to a fan—the stronger the airflow, the louder the noise. Our heating temperature can reach 95°C. If the noise is very low, the heating temperature is only 70-80°C.
